So, I was expecting to heal just a little bit more with the Dragon Communion Seal. The latter has higher incantation scaling than the former, mind you. Both Arcane and Faith at 80, I tested Erdtree Seal +10 and Dragon Communion Seal +10. Not sure what's going on but this heals almost 2x the amount than say, Dragon Communion Seal.

The Omen will not have seen you so you can fast-travel back out. Sneak-walk behind the perfumer and make an immediate right just past him, enter the door and grab your seal. Now you should see a perfumer that's facing away from you, and near him is a very dangerous Omen.
Next to the chimney is a gap inbetween two rooves drop down through this gap. Drop down onto the roof that was right in front of him and immediately go right to a chimney thing. Next, go outside and kill the man-serpent that's facing away from you. Ignore the very dangerous bloodhound knight he will not see you. The snails will not attack you due to the torch. Get the beast-repellent torch (optional but recommended), get invited to the manor, and use the illusory wall to sneak-walk to the prison town site of grace. This seal can be acquired very easily by fighting exactly one enemy - a man-serpent that's facing away from you. As long as your seated there you can fast travel again. Tip: you can get back out by dying then running to the grace just before the twin abductor bosses. Once you're all the way to street level turn around and there's the erdtree seal. Run across the bridge and drop down right next to the first lizard. At the top of the lift run past the Monk and activate the lever to raise the bridge. Boom, instant Volcano Manner) Once there, drop drown to the lava and then up the stairs to the lift. Then take the lift down and let yourself be grabbed by the abductor. You'll both fall down but you wont take fall damage.
From there you can take the hidden entrance to volcano manner at the beginning of the level (stand on the ledge in front of the Carian Knight Set,check wiki for location, and let yourself be grabbed. Just take the path around Stormveil and head straight to the academy. It's actually one of the easiest seals to get once you're familiar with the path. You can actually get this at the very start of the game in about 10 minutes without fighting anything.
